National Student Survey

The National Student Survey (NSS) is an independent survey that gathers the opinions of final year undergraduate students on the quality of their course. (Full OfS details)

The OfS prepares analyses of the student feedback, and compares the provider's performance against benchmarks.

The Survey contains questions, relating to final year undergraduate students' experience of their higher education course, which are grouped together under scales. The full list of questions and scales used in 2022 are here.

The results of the NSS can be viewed via the OfS dashboard.
