Cindy Bradshaw is a Chartered Manager with  25 years experience in Higher Education management, and demonstrable history in database and process development to facilitate data analysis, efficiency gains and streamline processes. She is highly skilled in HEP statutory returns, Business Process Improvement, Continuous Quality Improvement and Project Management, and possesses excellent data analysis skills which she uses to generate interactive data models and data dashboards to understand OfS performance indicators, to set and track KPIs, and to underpin strategic planning.
