Data Analytics Solutions
Cindy Bradshaw Consulting specialises in creating interactive dashboards to present Higher Education Providers' performance indicators. These dashboards enable providers to easily understand the OfS indicators (of which there are many), and to identify areas of good performance, and areas for improvement. The dashboards can filtered by Faculty or Department, and data can be disaggregated to course level to enable deep dives for specific indicators to be undertaken.
The key areas where our dashboards can help Higher Education Providers (HEPs) make strategic decisions, comply with regulatory conditions, and improve performance, are detailed below.
National Student Survey (NSS)
Our NSS dashboards present the results to enable providers to target areas for improvement, and to identify areas of good practice for dissemination. The results can be displayed by internal groupings, such as Faculties or Departments, to enable comparisons within the institution.

Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF)
The TEF dashboards present the student experience indicators and can give an indication of your future TEF award level. They also enable providers to identify areas of good practice, and target areas for improvement, for their TEF submission.

Student Outcomes (Condition B3)
Our B3 dashboards present Student Outcomes indicators, together with comparisons to benchmarks and thresholds, to enable identification of good practice, and areas for improvement. They provide analyses at institutional level down to course level.

Student Population Profiles (SPP)
Our dashboards enable providers to filter on internal groupings to provide granular performance data to support performance indicators. This involves indicators such as number of students per course, and Faculty breakdowns by protected characteristics.
